Mmmhmm. Homecoming last night.
I swear to god I saw two people fucking on the dance floor.
Weird.
All my friends looked hot.
I never realized how ugly some dresses could be. I mean, you know those really ugly dresses that you see at Dillards or something and you think "holy shit, anyone who would actually wear that ugly piece of shit must be insane?" Well, those popular chicks who are supposed to look perpetually hot were wearing those dresses. Pretty interesting. And they thought they looked hot. losers.
I hate homecomeing, but it's fun when you're spending it with your best friends. Last night was the best homecoming I've ever been to. Scratch that. Ft. Myers homecoming last year was better. I thought last night was gonna be alot more romantic. But instead I had to watch (insert couple here) suck each others faces off.
Nick has changed too much. I wish things were how they used to be. I miss it so much it hurts. It hurts everytime he's an ass to me and he doesnt even realize it. It hurts when he seems to think every other girl out there except me is beautiful and just plain awesome. It hurts when he would rather not kiss me and rather not call me and rather not talk to me. It hurts to know he doesnt value me as much as his friends anymore. He hurts me because he's a different person. And it's not fucking fair. I'm trying. I'm trying so hard to be okay with it. Every little thing he does just adds up to something great. And it hurts.
All this I realized last night.

Sometimes I feel like I need to be a musician. It's a part of me. It affects me like nothing else can. I feel like I can hear things in songs that no one else can hear. Whenever I'm feeling a particularly strong emotion, this music starts playing in my head that doesn't come from anywhere but it describes how I feel perfectly... I guess it comes from my soul. That sounded so fucking stupid. And I just want everyone to hear the music that plays in my head because it sounds so pretty. I need music, or I'll go crazy. It's how I express myself.
I've been listening to alot of classic rock lately. And I don't mean the typical Led Zeppelin or Jimi Hendrix or The Doors. Even though they're fuckin awesome. I mean the more underground stuff. The Velvet Underground, Blind Faith, Traffic, The Band... They're so fuckin awesome. They're unparalleled by any sort of shit that's churned out nowaday. Except The Mars Volta. They're just about equal, but the old stuff still kicks ass.
I have Venus in Furs stuck in my head. It's this beautiful song about sado-masochism.

OK:
Starbucks sells coffee for like $5 right? and it's pretty good, right? Well, this morning before school started me and Jenna and Alex made our usual pilgrimage to RaceTrac so we can get water and shit. I bought I coffee there so I could wake up. It was $1. Let me say that again. IT WAS $1. And the same size as the Starbucks' usual $5 container. AND IT WAS BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. Hell, it was better than sex.
So, basically, GO TO FUCKIN RACETRAC FOR COFFEE.

At btp, everyone knew they were talented in their own way, so they were very supportive of each other. I feel so neutral about the whole thing, and yet I get such hostile vibes from people. GAH. I don't know why I"m worrying about this crap. It's not worth worrying about.

Yes, I'm back from BTP. Bitches.
School starts in less than a week and I'm still away from home. I'm in South Carolina with my family and I miss everyone at home. In a way, I can't wait to get back to school and talk to everyone again. Being at BTP and all the artificial theatre kids (who know more about theatre than Caitlin McBride it's INSANE) has changed me alot since I left, I felt like I couldn't be myself at BTP. I can't wait to get back into the groove of things. Jeff Goldblum is really friggin tall and ADD or something. Patrick Wilson (Raul in the Phantom movie) is REALLY HOT like hotter in real life than he was in the movie. Frank Wildhorn told me to take Music Theory next year, so I'm gonna change my schedule and do that.
Can't think of anything else to say except...

It's so awesome... I got it on Saturday and I already taught myself how to play Going to California, a shitload of chords, and a buncha other songs. It's so prett too... ^_^
I hung out with Joe, Rachel, and Jordan yesterday. We saw Hero, and it was kick ass.
I dyed my hair red yesterday. Rachel did it.

I am writing a screenplay!!! WOOHAA!!! And it's not gonna suck like all of my other unfinished ones. I have the whole thing planned out in my head. It's gonna be awesome, I hope I can get to film it.
Drew is still being an asshole. It pisses me off, and it's makes me sad at the same time. I just want my friend back... Drew was never an asshole to me before... Well, I knew this would happen. I told him it would. I just wish he'd talk to me again, I mean, really talk to me, not just pass me off as someone who he really doesn't like or doesn't wish to talk to. I want my friend back... I want Drew back. I miss him.
